Armistead Lemon '95 has spent the last seventeen years in independent school education where she has focused on best practices in STEM education, developing faculty leaders, and conducting research on student confidence. After graduating from North Cross School, she received her B.A. in English from Washington and Lee University and received her M.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has continued her education in independent school leadership through fellowships at the Klingenstein Institute at Columbia University's Teachers College and through the Emerging Leaders program at Vanderbilt University. Previously a senior administrator and teacher at Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN, she is honored to return to her hometown of Roanoke to serve as North Cross's first female Head of School.

经历 丨 近十年的一线教学经验，精通微观经济学，宏观经济学，计量经济学等课程，具有坚实的理论基础、丰富的专业知识和实际教学工作能力。回国后任职于上海知名学校的国际课程部，任教AP经济学，ACT数学，ACT英语，ACT写作等课程。一丝不苟的教学态度，和蔼可亲的脾气性格，深受学生的爱戴。
